Yes, we do need to charge a transportation fee but it actually works out better for the client because if you bring it to one of the big box stores. You have to pay to drive there and back. Plus wait however long it takes to fix and in the meantime not knowing what is going on. With us, we will work on the computer right there and tell you exactly what needs to be done. And hopefully get it fixed for you the same day.
